1. What We Offer

RadhaKrishna.io provides a daily devotional email subscription service consisting of a story, a verse or teaching, and a devotional practice, delivered on a recurring basis, with pricing described on our Pricing page.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the service with the involvement of a parent or guardian, to subscribe. By subscribing, you confirm the information you provide (name, email) is accurate.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

RadhaKrishna.io offers two ways to begin: the Free tier (the Daily Offering), which costs nothing, always, with no payment information ever required; and Membership (The Circle), billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose.

If you choose Membership, your payment method is charged immediately upon signup. For your first 21 days as a Member, you may step back down to Free for a full refund, no questions asked. After day 21, that window closes, and charges already billed are generally non-refundable — though you remain free to cancel at any time going forward. 4. Billing

Paid subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually, per your chosen plan) until cancelled. Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or our designated international payment processor; we do not store your card details.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing immediately. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All stories, verses, commentary, and devotional content on RadhaKrishna.io are either sourced from established public devotional tradition or created by us, and remain our intellectual property. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute our content without permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access it through unauthorized means, sharing your paid account access with non-subscribers at scale, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.

8. No Guarantees

RadhaKrishna.io is a devotional practice, not a medical, psychological, or financial service. We make no claims that using this service will cure, treat, or resolve any personal, medical, or relational difficulty.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam.
