RadhaKrishna.io is a digital service, operated by NGSC Enterprises LLP, Guwahati, Assam, India. Everything you sign up for or buy here reaches you by email. There is nothing to ship and no delivery charge.

1. What You Receive

Everything here is delivered by email to the address you sign up with:

• The Daily Offering (Free) — one email every morning.
• The Circle (Membership) — everything in Free, plus the Sacred Days editions and the devotional series, sent on their scheduled dates.
• The Ekadashi Yatra Sathi and the Parva Mala Sathi — each station or occasion is emailed ahead of its date on the sacred calendar.

2. When Delivery Begins

A welcome email reaches you within a few minutes of signing up or completing payment. Your first daily email arrives the next morning. For the Sathis, your first email arrives ahead of the next Ekadashi or festival on the calendar.

3. If an Email Doesn't Arrive

Please check your Spam or Promotions folder first, and add radhe@radhakrishna.io to your contacts. If something still seems to be missing, write to us at radhe@radhakrishna.io and we'll resend it. We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

4. Physical Items

None of our plans includes a physical product today. If we send a printed keepsake to members in future, we'll email you first to confirm your postal address and when it will be dispatched.
