RadhaKrishna.io ("we," "us," "our") is operated by NGSC Enterprises LLP, 1E/A3, 8th Floor, Regent Paradise, Bishnu Rabha Path, Ghoramara, Bhetapara, Beltola, Guwahati (Kamrup), Assam - 781028, India. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it.

1. What We Collect

• Account information: name and email address.
• Billing information: handled directly by our payment processors (Razorpay for India, our international processor for others) — we do not receive or store your full card number.
• Usage information: basic engagement data such as email opens and link clicks, used to understand whether the daily practice is reaching you, not to track you across the web.

2. How We Use It

• To deliver your daily story, verse, and practice by email.
• To process your subscription and billing.
• To communicate with you about your account (trial ending, billing, support requests).

We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell your data.

3. Who We Share It With

We share the minimum necessary information with the service providers that make RadhaKrishna.io work: Kit (email delivery) and Razorpay / our international processor (payment processing). These providers only receive what they need to perform their specific function and are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing.

4. Your Rights

You can ask us at any time to see what information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or delete your information and account entirely. Contact us at radhe@radhakrishna.io.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and billing record purposes. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we're required to retain billing records by law.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no online service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

RadhaKrishna.io is not directed at children under 18. If you believe a child has subscribed without appropriate parental involvement, contact us and we will address it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers by email.
