We built RadhaKrishna.io around one honest principle: nothing here should ever feel like an obligation. This policy reflects that.

How Billing Works

The Daily Offering (Free) costs nothing, ever, with no payment information required — there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund, because nothing is ever billed.

If you choose Membership (The Circle), your payment method is charged immediately when you sign up, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you choose.

Your 21-Day Window

For your first 21 days as a Member, you can step back down to Free for a full refund — no questions asked, no reason required. Just email us at radhe@radhakrishna.io or use your account settings, and we'll process it.

After Day 21

Once the 21-day window closes, subscription charges already billed are generally non-refundable. You remain free to cancel at any time going forward — cancellation stops all future billing immediately, though time already paid for within your current billing period is not refunded.

That said, if you believe you were charged in error — a duplicate charge, a billing mistake, or a technical issue on our end — contact us at radhe@radhakrishna.io and we will review and process any legitimate refund within 5–7 business days of confirming the error.

Cancelling a Paid Subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing radhe@radhakrishna.io. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately — you will not be charged again after cancelling.

How to Cancel

1. Log into your account at radhakrishna.io
2. Go to Account Settings > Subscription
3. Select "Cancel Subscription"
