We've tried to keep this as simple as the rest of RadhaKrishna.io. No portal to dig through, no retention maze — just email us.

1. The Free Tier

The Daily Offering is free, always. No payment information is ever collected for it, so there is nothing to refund and nothing you need to cancel — you can simply unsubscribe from any email at any time.

2. Your Refund Window

If you join The Circle, you're charged immediately, monthly or yearly. From that day, you have 21 days to step back down to Free for a full refund — no questions asked. This is a one-time window per membership: once it closes, charges already billed are final, though you're always free to cancel to stop future billing.

3. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

Just email us at radhe@radhakrishna.io from the address you subscribed with, and let us know whether you'd like a refund (within your 21-day window) or simply to cancel future billing. We don't have a self-serve account portal yet, so a human reads and actions every one of these personally.

4. How Long It Takes

We aim to process every refund or cancellation request within 2 working days of receiving your email.

Once we process it, how long the money then takes to actually reflect back in your account depends on your bank and payment method, not on us:

• Domestic (India) payments — processed through Razorpay. Once we process your refund, it typically takes 5–7 working days to reflect in your original payment method, per Razorpay's standard refund timelines.
• Overseas / international payments — we process these on the same 2 working day timeline. How long it then takes to reflect in your account depends on your card network, issuing bank, and our international payment gateway's own settlement terms — this part is genuinely outside our hands, and can sometimes take a little longer than a domestic refund.

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method used — we cannot send a refund to a different card, account, or UPI ID.

5. Cancelling Without a Refund

If you're past your 21-day window and simply want to stop future billing, the same email address works. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops your next billing cycle — it does not refund any period already billed.
